A Nice Reward For One of Life’s Workaholics
By: b-man | September 29th, 2007Today Benjani scored a brilliant hat-trick to continue Pompey’s solid start to the season, and I can’t stop smiling. Besides the obvious reason that Portsmouth just blew away a Uefa Cup side, another reason is that no-one deserves a hat-trick more than Benji. He hasn’t got th pace of Henry. He hasn’t go the skills of Ronaldinho. He doesn’t posses the killer instinct that Ruuuuuuuud Van Nistleroy has. Benji is just a brilliant worker and he’ll run himself into the famous Fratton Park ground, just to get the team a result, and just to put a smile on all Pompey fans faces. He has established himself as one of the fan’s favourites because of this and I wish more lazy so-and-so’s would watch and learn from him.

Yeah it is nice to see players like him doing well. Another player that I always like to see doing well is Kevin Davies because I think he is also a hard-worker

Yes. When I watch Portsmoth I often see that Benjanni runs alot and works hard for the team.
